Warranty Service

We are committed to providing exceptional quality and service. To ensure your rights, please complete your Membership Registration and Product Registration (click here) within 45 calendar days from the invoice date to enjoy one-year warranty coverage. Warranty services will not be available for unregistered members and products. We recommend completing the registration promptly to ensure the best possible experience.

Terms and Conditions

• From the date of product registration, you are entitled to one year of free stitching repair service. After the warranty period expires, repair services will still be available; however, all costs will be borne by the customer.
• For damages to jerseys, bib shorts, and accessories, we will do our utmost to repair them to a condition as close to their original state as possible. However, due to potential variations in color matching and material availability, the repaired product may show slight differences.
• The repair process typically takes approximately 20 working days. We will maintain regular communication with you and provide timely updates on the repair progress.
• Customers are responsible for arranging the shipment of packages at their own expense. We will return the repaired items free of charge via postal service. The customer is also responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance requirements in their respective countries, with the relevant fees collected by the shipping company. Any damage or loss incurred during transportation will be at the customer's risk.
• Customers must contact customer support to arrange warranty services. The product can only be sent back after assessment and approval. Unauthorized returns may result in repair services being unavailable.
• To maintain the best condition of your product, please refer to our Product Care (click here) and store the product in a well-ventilated, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature environments.
