Return and Exchange Policy
These terms are effective from November 7, 2024
- Product Confirmation
- To protect your rights as a customer, please ensure you check the product details upon receipt. If you notice any quality issues or receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Conditions
- Products are eligible for a 14 -calendar-day inspection period (not a trial period) starting the day after receipt. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within this period, with items returned within 14 calendar days of the request date.
- Products must remain in a sellable, new condition and be returned in their original condition, including all packaging (inner and outer), original tags, promotional gifts, invoices, and accompanying documents.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product exhibits any fraying, loose threads, dirt, discoloration, personal odors, perfume scents, or evidence of washing, as these affect its new condition or usability.
- Damage, discoloration, or fading caused by personal washing methods or other improper handling.
- Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.
- When exchanging the same model for a different size, you are required to send the package at your own expense and include the agreed shipping fee inside the package.
- If you wish to exchange for a different product model, please process a refund first and then place a new order.
- Refunds apply to the product amount only; shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for sending the package for returns or exchanges and bearing the shipping costs.
- Any damage or loss of the product during the return or exchange process will be at your own risk.
- For international purchases, we cannot refund any taxes or duties incurred during the return or exchange process.
- Unauthorized returns or exchanges (sending items back without our prior consent) will not be accepted
- We do not support exchange, repair, warranty, or membership benefits services for products that are for resale or transfer. Please complete your Membership Registration and Product Registration (click here) within 45 calendar days from the invoice date. Repair and warranty services will not be provided for unregistered members and products.
- Each orderis eligible for one return or exchange request in total.
- Our products are sold in limited quantities. If inventory is insufficient to facilitate a return or exchange, we will provide a refund instead.
- Refunds
- Please make sure to include the 'invoice' (for returns or exchanges with price differences) and the credit note inside the return package.
- Refunds will be processed within one month of receiving the package, using the original payment method and currency, after confirming the returned items, invoice, and credit note.
- For international purchases, customers bear the risk of currency exchange rate fluctuations.
