Return and Exchange Policy

- Product Confirmation
- To protect your rights as a customer, please ensure you check the product details upon receipt. If you find any quality issues or discrepancies with your order, please contact us immediately.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Conditions
- Products are eligible for a 14-day appreciation period (not a trial period), starting the day after receipt and lasting for 14 calendar days. Items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond this period or if not sent back within one month after submitting a return/exchange request.
- Items that are not in resalable condition or cannot be restored to their original state (including inner and outer packaging, original tags, promotional gifts, invoices, and documentation) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Due to different usage scenarios, items with loose threads, stains, discoloration, personal odors, perfume scents, or evidence of washing, which compromise their original condition, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products damaged or discolored due to improper washing or other mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.
- For exchanges, you must ship the package at your own expense and include the agreed shipping fee within the package.
- If you wish to exchange for a different product, please request a refund first and place a new order.
- Refunds are limited to the product price only; shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- For returns or exchanges, customers must ship the package at their own expense.
- Customers assume responsibility for the risk of damage or loss during the return or exchange process.
- For international purchases, we cannot refund any taxes or duties incurred during the return or exchange process.
- Unauthorized returns or exchanges sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Items intended for resale or transfer are not eligible for exchanges, repairs, or warranty services.
- Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request in total.
- All products are sold as limited releases. If inventory is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead of a replacement.
- Refunds
- Please ensure that the invoice (for returns or exchanges with a price difference) and the credit note are included in the return package.
- Refunds will be processed within one month from the day after we receive the package, provided the returned items, invoice, and credit note are verified. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and currency.
- For international purchases, customers bear the risk of currency exchange rate fluctuations.
