Product Care

We select the finest fabrics and craftsmanship to create our products, but proper washing methods are key to achieving the best riding experience.

To ensure the longevity of your apparel and to protect the environment, please carefully follow the cleaning steps below.

Pre-Washing Guidelines:

  1. We recommend washing your garment before first use.
  2. After physical activity, wash your garment promptly. Functional sportswear is designed with highly porous fabric fibers for enhanced breathability. Delaying washing may result in sweat and bacteria clogging these pores, which can compromise performance and lead to odors.
  3. Always use a neutral detergent to protect the fabric from acidic or alkaline damage, maintain comfort for your skin, and reduce environmental impact.
  4. Before washing, close all zippers, turn the garment inside out, and place it in a fine mesh laundry bag. This helps prevent pilling, snagging, and zipper damage. Ensure the bag has 20-30% free space after placing the garment inside for optimal cleaning results. (A bag that is too large offers insufficient protection, while one that is too small may reduce cleaning effectiveness.)
  5. Separate dark and light-colored garments during washing to avoid color transfer.
  6. Avoid soaking the garment, as it may lead to odors, color fading, or deterioration of 3D labels and transfer prints.
  7. Dry cleaning is not recommended, as the chemicals used may damage the fabric fibers.

Washing Machine Settings:

  1. Slight fading may occur during the first few washes. This is normal. We recommend using color-catcher sheets to absorb any excess dye and prevent staining other garments.
  2. Follow the dosage instructions for neutral detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, cold-wash detergents (which often contain fabric softeners), or brightening agents. These products may often contain silicone or phosphorus, which can clog the fabric’s pores and reduce its performance. Also, do not use bleach, as its corrosive properties can cause permanent damage to the fibers and colors of the garments.
  3. Set the water temperature to 30℃ and avoid medium to high temperatures (40℃~60℃) during washing.
  4. Use the delicate or gentle cycle. This slower rotation will protect the garment by minimizing friction and stretching, as well as saving energy.

Post-Washing Guidelines:

  1. Avoid tumble drying and ironing to prevent fabric damage, loss of elasticity, fading, and the risk of aging and peeling of 3D labels and transfer prints.
  2. After spin-drying, promptly remove garments and air dry them to prevent fading and wrinkles.
  3. Gently shake the garment to smooth out the fabric, then hang it on a hanger to dry.
  4. Avoid direct sunlight and air-dry in a cool, well-ventilated area.

Garment Storage Guidelines:

  1. Store your garments in a dry and well-ventilated area. Avoid exposing garments to direct sunlight or high temperatures to maintain the quality and functionality of the garments.
