Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Product Confirmation
  • To protect your rights as a customer, please ensure you check the product details upon receipt. If you find any quality issues or discrepancies with your order, please contact us immediately.
  1. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Conditions
  • Products are eligible for a 14-day appreciation period (not a trial period), starting the day after receipt and lasting for 14 calendar days. Returns or exchanges must be requested within this period and returned within one month from the request date.
  • Products must remain in a sellable, new condition and be restored to their original state (including inner and outer packaging, original tags, promotional gifts, invoices, and accompanying documents).
  • We will not accept returns or exchanges if there are any fraying, loose threads, dirt, discoloration, personal odors, perfume scents, or evidence of washing that affect the product's new condition or usability.
  • Damage, discoloration, or fading caused by personal washing methods or other mishandling.
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.
  • When exchanging the same model for a different size, you are required to send the package at your own expense and include the agreed shipping fee inside the package.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different product model, please process a refund first and then place a new order.
  • Refunds apply to the product amount only; shipping fees paid at purchase are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for sending the package for returns or exchanges and bearing the shipping costs.
  • Any damage or loss of the product during the return or exchange process will be at your own risk.
  • For international purchases, we cannot refund any taxes or duties incurred during the return or exchange process.
  • Unauthorized returns or exchanges (sending items back without our prior consent) may not be accepted.
  • We do not support exchange, repair, warranty, or membership benefits services for products that are for resale or transfer.
  • Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request in total.
  • Our products are sold in limited quantities. If inventory is insufficient to facilitate a return or exchange, we will provide a refund instead.
  1. Refunds
  • Please make sure to include the 'invoice' (for returns or exchanges with price differences) and the 'invoice credit note' inside the return package.
  • Refunds will be processed within one month from the day after we receive the package, using the original payment method and in the same currency, upon confirmation of the returned items, invoice, and invoice credit note.
  • For international purchases, customers bear the risk of currency exchange rate fluctuations.
