These Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the purchase of products through the OFFISSPORT.COM website. References to "you" or "your" pertain to consumers who purchase products from OFFISSPORT.COM.

2. Registration

To access certain services on the OFFISSPORT.COM website (hereinafter referred to as "Website"), you are required to complete the registration process. By registering, you confirm that all the information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and truthful. It is your responsibility to regularly update your account information and safeguard your password to maintain account security.

These Terms, along with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Taiwan.

3. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are between 15 and 18 years old, you may only purchase with a supplementary credit card and the consent of a legal guardian.

4. Order Confirmation and Processing

Upon submitting an order, you must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information. Payment transactions are subject to fraud checks through our payment partner, PayPal . By placing an order, you consent to the necessary fraud screening conducted via PayPal.

(1) Inventory Status

Orders placed through the Website are subject to stock availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be sold to other customers at any time.

(2) Sale Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email listing the items you purchased. Until you receive a final order confirmation, we reserve the right to partially or fully cancel your order due to significant pricing, typographical errors on the Website, or insufficient inventory. In such cases, we will notify you via email. Orders are deemed complete only after the items are shipped from our warehouse and payment is successfully processed.

(3) Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders submitted on OFFISSPORT.COM cannot be modified or canceled, including changes to the shipping address, item quantity, size, or payment method.

(4) Payment Methods
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payment information is securely transmitted via SSL encryption to OFFISSPORT.COM to prevent unauthorized access. We do not retain your credit card information after the transaction is completed. Payment services are provided by PayPal, and charges will be applied upon order shipment.

5. All product prices exclude shipping fees and any additional service charges unless otherwise specified. In compliance with Taiwan law, OFFISSPORT will declare the transaction value of items in the shipment. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Related fees will be collected by the shipping company. Shipping fees vary by destination and will be displayed on Shipping Information page（click here） at checkout.
6. Shipping Methods
   Domestic orders in Taiwan will be delivered by postal service.International orders will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service). Other shipping options are not available.Packages are insured except for shipments to France, Morocco, Mexico, and Paraguay. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and tracking information is provided upon shipment.OFFISSPORT.COM is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes for international orders. Delivery times are for reference only.
   Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Taiwan : 1–3 business days after shipment.
• International : 2–17 business days depending on the destination. Refer to the Shipping Information page（click here）for details.

7. Return & Exchange Policy
   Products are eligible for return or exchange within a 14-calendar-day appreciation period (not a trial period) starting the day after you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Returns or exchanges requested beyond this period will not be accepted. 8. Membership Benefits
   Complete your membership registration and product information entry within 30 calendar days from the day after you receive the product to enjoy benefits such as product warranty, accident protection during rides, activity rewards, and event notifications. 10. Liability
    OFFISSPORT.COM assumes legal liability for product issues in accordance with Taiwan’s Product Liability Act. However, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

    Use of OFFISSPORT.COM does not grant you any rights to the Website’s content, copyright, or intellectual property. All rights are strictly protected under Taiwan and international copyright laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or publication of any Website content without written consent from OFFISSPORT is prohibited.
