• Product Repair Services

For any stitching damages on jerseys, bib shorts, and accessories, we will do our utmost to repair them to a condition as close to their original state as possible. However, due to potential variations in color matching and material availability, the repaired product may have slight differences from the original. For other types of damages, we will provide an assessment and quotation service.

• Riding Accident Protection

If your apparel is damaged in a riding accident, we understand how frustrating this can be, and we would like to provide you a discount on purchasing the same product, allowing you to buy it at 65% of the original price. During promotional periods, the discount will be calculated based on the original price. Please be aware that normal wear and tear from regular use is not qualify for this offer.

Note: If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value. The original item must be returned, and this offer is limited to a one-time use. Customers must first contact customer service and provide photos of the damaged jersey and injury from the riding accident as proof.

• Fitness Achievement Reward

To encourage our members to stay active, if you require a smaller size due to changes in your body shape, we are pleased to provide you a discount on purchasing the same product, allowing you to buy it at 65% of the original price. During promotional periods, the discount will be calculated based on the original price.

Note: If the same product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value. The original item must be returned, and this offer is limited to a one-time use. Customers must first contact customer service and provide before-and-after photos as evidence of weight loss, specifically wearing the OFFISSPORT apparel (to be returned).

• Exclusive Event Invitation

Members will receive notifications about exclusive free courses, new product launches, cycling events, and other services.
